Claim cases
Each case contains one material claim from one observed answer. Brand, domain, prompt, platform, market, excerpt and observation time are required. Up to eight visible HTTPS sources may be attached.

The current product is a private, human-reviewed case workflow. Automated multi-engine monitoring and automatic truth determination are not represented as available.
Verdicts
Unverified is the default. Accurate, inaccurate, outdated and ambiguous require both the canonical fact and an authoritative HTTPS source. The reviewer remains accountable for the decision.
Workflow
Open awaits review. In progress has correction work underway. Ready to recheck awaits the same question being tested again. Resolved requires correction notes and recheck evidence. Inconclusive requires an explanation.
Concurrency and audit
Every update uses an optimistic revision. A stale browser cannot overwrite newer work. Creation and review events are written in the same SQLite transaction as the case state.
Current limitations
No automatic verdicts, scheduled provider collection, screenshots, team roles, alerts, external archive or public API are connected in this validation release. Do not store secrets or personal data in answer excerpts.
