Preserve the exact prompt, AI surface, market, answer excerpt, visible source URLs and observation time. An observation records what was seen; it is not yet a factual verdict.

Truth requires evidence—not a confidence score.
HowAITrust prioritizes material claims for review, but never labels a claim false solely because a model or heuristic disagrees.
2. Review priority
Deterministic triage considers potential impact, claim type, repetition and absence of visible sources. Priority answers “what should a person review first?”, not “is this statement true?”
3. Human verdict
Accurate, inaccurate, outdated and ambiguous verdicts require a written canonical fact and public HTTPS source controlled by or authoritative for the organization.
4. Resolution proof
A case cannot be resolved with a checkbox. It requires a reviewed verdict, correction note and recheck excerpt. Model variability remains visible; one changed answer does not prove universal correction.
Evidence hierarchy
Prefer first-party policy, product, pricing, legal and leadership pages. For regulated or independently verifiable claims, retain the relevant regulator, registry or standards source as well.
